apologies to adobe

Question

to adobe for my chats ending so shortly for some reason i could not press on my send button ,

maybe your website/chat function or my internet connection whatever i would like to apologise total for i think

3 chat hang ups when i need it the most aswell ....

I never like a hang up .. i'm always polite and nice and say have a nice day to the technical people

so please forgive this daft click system it drove me nuts why it wouldn't chat ....

i can't explain in this I need a chat I'll try tomorrow ...

I've now found out that if I want to try and do cc monthly with my os Windows 7 ultimate I would have to upgrade all to Windows 10 .. so I'm staying put as Is with what I've got ...

Ps, LR , for my type of os . So all is sorted .

Well, with technical problems with the chat you can’t do anything. Let us know if you need support on anything. Most problems, except those with your account or paying system can be handled on this forum quite well. There are a lot of friendly and highly knowledgable users here around willing to answer your questions.
