App Download on xecond computer for some Apps not working?

I have tried to download Adobe Premiere Pro and After effects on a second personal labtop. The download doesn't complete....this is the reason ( below) that comes up when I click on the error message......Lightroom installed but thats all that did?

I'm quite useless with this so any help suggestions-however apparent--will be appreciated!
