App download problem

Hi everyone! Unfortunately I can't download any app of the Adobe Creative Cloud (one month ago when my boss bought the Adobe Creative Cloud pack was working well). I changed the password and I'm able to enter in my profile, seems everything normal but when I try to download an app and I should insert again my name and password the system tell me that is not valid. I'm a bit stressed because I need these app, plus it's quite impossible receive telephonic assistantance if you are in Italy. Thanks to is going answer me, other way I'll try to call...

I used my Adobe ID and the password for enter in my account but it didn't worked...I tried also to use the Mac username (that has the boss reference) but it didn't worked too (I'm going to send the screenshot)...

I don't know where is the problem...

This prompt is for Mac username and password.

You can check with the IT guy.

So at the end I should call the assistance telephone number?

I don't know why it so complicated the system, I have valid password and account but I'm not able to download anything. I'm quite disappointed, I'm in office we don't have any IT GUY.

Please post a screenshot of the issue.

It could be prompting you for the system username and password.
