App installation gets hung up
Trying to install PS and LR app and both get hung up at the Initializing stage. Have tried numerous times on both a PC and Mac. Appreciate suggestions.

Please try to close following process using Activity monitor and then try.
- CreativeCloud
- Adobe CEF Helper
- Adobe Desktop Service
- AdobeIPCBroker
- Creative Cloud
- AdobeUpdateDaemon
- AdobeServiceInstaller
- AAM Update Notifier
- CCLibrary
- node
- Core Sync
If this does not works please refer:
- Photoshop CC installation hung at "Waiting..." in Creative Cloud window.
- Stuck on "waiting" and not working "install"-button.
- My Creative Cloud is stalled at "Waiting" trying to install Photoshop CC (2014) for like 3 hours.
