App manager shuts down while downloading Indesign trial because I don't have administrator rights on my pc, though I do. What could I do here?

The question is in the title already My user account is the only one on this PC so it's 100% certain that I'm the administrator. Thank you for any kind of help and answers!

    Nope, you are not. The main user is not automatically the administrator. you need to enable the default admin account.

    Hmm, but of course I'm the administrator because there's no other accounts on this pc? And I didn't have problems installing anything else before so it shouldn't be about that. But thanks for a quick reply anyway!
