When I click on the Apps tab on the creative cloud I get an error message. It says to close all instances of adobe application manager to continue. I am working on a MAC. please help, I would like to download photoshop

I would recommend you to refer to the steps shared in the following thread to manually remove the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine: illustrator reinstalling free trial 1 day old!
