App tab displays a spinning wheel

hello, i took yesterday a subscription for the photograph plan of the creative cloud. The creative cloud window opens but the download of Photoshop or Lightroom does not work. Do I have to wait a few days until the subscription becomes active?

what happens when you click on install for photoshop or lightroom ?

Is it stuck at 0 % ?

Something (a circle) starts running in the creative cloud window, and keeps running all the time, without anything happens. I can't see any information in the window about a possible download.
