App with status of "finishing"

Hi all,

I have been installing the Adobe apps, but am at a stand still as one of the apps has had the status "waiting" for over a day now. I need to update the other apps but am unable too because of the other apps status.

Any help is much appreciated,

    restart your computer.

    close your cc app.  if it doesn't respond force it to close with activity monitor (mac) or task manager (win).

    and check to see if whatever you were installing has installed and is useable.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I do not have the app open & I want to install a new app which I cannot do until this one has finished installed.
