app wont launch when i click on it?

I have downloaded the creative cloud and then installed the 30 day free trial of premier pro, the app says it has installed, however when i click on the icon for premier pro or on the name of the app it wont launch, i have tried uninstalling it and installing it again but have got the same results.

    CC applications close immediately after launch

    This unfortunately didn't work, the application window doesn't even flash when i click on it, nothing happens when i click on the app.
