Apple m1 chip - how to Uninstall Lightroom 6?

Using Migration Assistant to move my data from my old Mac to my new M1 chip Mac also brought along Lightroom 6 and Photoshop CS6.  Although each of these programs also has an Uninstall program,  they do not work with the M1 chip.  I can drag the old LR6 and CS6 folders to trash, but won't that leave various files in various places on my hard drive? Is there a way to do a real uninstall?
