I am a subcriber to Creative Cloud and have successfully downloaded CS6 programs to my home computer on XP through Creative Cloud. Here, at the office, I run on Windows 7,  64 bit. I keep getting this error meassage, even after restarting.

I'm having the same issue on my PC running Windows 7 64-bit. Photoshop updated successfully but not 'Creative Cloud Connection'. Turned off firewall/malware protection etc., still won't upload. The same upgrades on my MacBook Pro went through OK and it's connected to the same wired network.

I got the solution to the problem here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4778186#4778186

"If you can please try downloading a trial of the software from our trial download page - http://www.adobe.com/downloads/?promoid=JZEFS.  Once downloaded you can then try the installation to see if you are successful."

Now everything works OK.

Once I'd updated the Adobe Download Assistant Manager and Adobe Air, the update went through OK. I'd have thought that these would have been checked as part of the preliminaries to any updates before the Adobe Application Manager ran. Appararently it doesn't.

Thanks,

Chris.
