Application Manager corrupted

When i tried to run Application Manager I received an error message stating that it is corrupted and I was instructed to contact customer service.  What do I need to do?

    Please remove Adobe Application Manager and reinstall from : http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773  and check
