When I try to run the Adobe Applications Manager I get

"Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damanged. Please download and install a new copy of your Adobe Creative Cloud from "http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp"..... Problem is.. when I go to that link and click download it trys to launch the Adobe Applications Manager and then this error comes up again.. so it is going around in circles.. If I could reinstall the AAM somehow then I think it would reolve itself and I could install programs. Can anyone please help???????

Which OS are you on? Windows or Mac? If windows then navigate to the location: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\ and rename the OOBE folder to OOBE.old. Clean the browser's cache and then restart the browser and navigate to http://creative.adobe.com and download Creative Cloud from the download center.

This would be the correct location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ for a 32 bit OS. For 64-bit OS it would be C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe. Then rename the OOBE to OOBE.old
