Apps are suddenly start trial

My CC applications suddenly turned into start trials, after updating (even though i have a subscription) and I can't seem to get them back to normal.  I did download the ApplicationManager to try and fix it, trying to follow the instructions I downloaded it and tried to launch an app to deactivate it but it keeps asking me to sign in and then when i click sign in, it says i'm signed in and to press continue and then it goes back to asking me to sign in. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and how to fix this.
