Apps are taking longer than usual to load

This is an existing installation, has worked for a long time.

1-Now when starting Cloud I get the message "Apps are taking longer than usual to load".

2-I have tried the listed fix steps down to and including Uninstalling the cloud.

    Even tried the Cloud repair option, didn't work.

3-When uninstalling Cloud got the message there are still apps defined to the cloud.

    Assuming it is LR & PS.

4-When attempting uninstall of LR or PS it calls the Cloud

    and Im back to step 1 above.

This is where I need some help.

Sorry for the trouble. In addition to the expert's suggestion above, have you considered changing your internet connection or internet browser?

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
