Apps are unresponsive, Downloads never begin!!

1. Creative cloud desktop app is unresponsive.

2. upon trying to download apps from the website, I go through the motions until it takes me to the page where it says my app is installing, but the download never starts.

Hi,

Please close all the adobe processes from the task manager (win) / Activity monitor (mac) and reboot your machine.

Try again after the reboot.

List of processes:-

  • Creative Cloud.exe
  • Adobe CEF Helper.exe
  • Adobe Desktop Service.exe
  • AdobeIPCBroker.exe
  • Adobe Installer.exe
  • AdobeUpdateService.exe
  • AdobeServiceInstaller.exe
  • CreativeCloud(URIHandler).exe
  • AAM Updates Notifier.exe
  • CCLibrary.exe
  • node.exe
  • CoreSync.exe
