Apps clashing causing Crashing

Hi all,

I am running CC desktop on a PC windows 10, I have 2 issues' 

1) having to log in every time I open an app, I've tried all suggested fixes, they don't work at all or for only a couple of app starts

2) I've I have 1 app open & then open a 2nd, as the 2nd is loading up the first crashes & closes

ie I will have Acrobat open then open Photoshop, as Photoshop loads Acrobat just closes

I use CC on my laptop I close any open CC apps on my PC, I have none of these issues on my laptop

the sign-in window has been popping up for a long time, the 1st app crashing is new about 2 weeks old

I've tried a complete uninstall & clean & reinstall of CC on the desktop didn't fix the problem
