Apps don't work
I want to open on of the apps of CCC and a white window appear. The only thing that I can do is to click on the X to close this white window. After this, the app is closing to. Impossible to open Lightroom or PS.

If you are able to see the interface of the application behind the white screen. Then it's asking for activation of your license and this issue is often caused by restricted permissions on your computer folders of Adobe PCD and SLCACHE.
Go through below link and resolve the issue by performing mention steps according to your OS.
