Apps from Creative Cloud won't install

Hi, I recently downloaded the Adobe Creative cloud and I am trying to install some apps (Premiere Pro specifically) but when I start the download it gets to 4% in about a minute and then gets stuck. I have left it for about 3 hours and nothing happens. I have tried restarting the download and uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud but it still gets stuck at 4 percent.

Enable Hidden Admin account and login to same and try to install from there. Later you can Disable it.

Hello, I have the same issue but on MacOS Catalina.

Everytime, it gets to 21,5% of the installation and then freezes.

Do you have a solution on Mac please ?
