Apps not Available with Yearly Subscription
I am not able to use any of my apps. I am signed in to my account that was paid through one-time yearly payment but all the apps are still displaying as "buy now" or "start free trial". I was able to use all the apps until today. What changed? My subscription should last until Dec 2020. Adobe support attempted some troubleshooting on my computer through remote access, but was unsuccessful. I need assistance asap, please.
