apps not in right language after changing default install language in creative cloud and reinstalling the apps, except for photoshop only

I have my laptop os language in english and follow college classes in french so I need the apps language in french and do not want to change my os language

did you use the cc desktop app to uninstall the english apps?

I see that you previously posted about how to change the installation language. Before changing the app language, kindly uninstall the installed app, then change the language of the required app. If this does not help, you may need to change the language setting of the operating system.
