Hi Guys

Hoping someone can help, I have been trying to install programs like after effects, premiere pro even Illustrator and all these installations keep hanging on a different percentage, I have tried everything on the troubleshoot section and I have even formatted my pc and still get software hanging I have just managed to download photoshop so far no luck on the rest please help
