Apps panel not showing after new install

Hej guys,

I have changed computer today, and installed Creative Cloud on it. I can sign in and all goes well until that. But I cannot install any apps in creative cloud, the apps panel won't show, and any time I click on the "install adobe apps"

nothing happens. Has anyone a solution to this issue?

I tried renaming the database in order to get a fresh one, I tried the cleaning tool, I ran it under admin priviledges... I don't know what to try anymore.
