'Apps' tab in creative cloud won't open

Hello

Im trying to download AI though the apps tab of creative cloud and it doesn't work- the creative cloud window opens but when i click 'apps' it just sits there thinking with a spinning wheel. I have tried opening with Firefox and Safari and both with the same result.

Is there another way I can download AI?
