Apps unresponsive when I try to install

hi there

im a technophobe so go easy. I have just purchased cc and successfully installed Photoshop and Indesign but now when I click on the others nothing happens. I am a fully paid up user can someone help at all?

what's your os?

did you install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs?
