Apps will not install, update or open?

I am currently going to school at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh online division and they gave me a code so that i can update my new years worth of Adobe creative cloud products such as Photoshop and Illustrator.and i need it in order to complete my school assignments on a daily basis and i am a few weeks behind due to this problem. My school told me that i needed to contact you guys to help me figure out why it will not let me install anything or open up the apps?
