Apps Won't Open

This problem has been happening for a while. I use Creative Cloud for art school, and the only app that will open without trouble is Illustrator. Every other app I download closes immediately after opening it. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried almost everything and people don't seem to have any clue as to why this is happening.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?

I'm using a Windows, 7. Yes, the administrator has full permission. And every single app on CC is not working, except for Illustrator. I have no idea if it's CC or my computer.
