Hi K.Byrd,

What is the version of Mac you are using. If you are using 10.7 or above then please navigate to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall CC apps. Run the CC cleaner tool to remove any leftover ruminants: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html .

Enable root account and try installing again: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11331.

Following, I'm having the same problem. Just had a new hard drive installed, now I can't install all CC apps. They say they download, click on installer, looks like they are installing, then they suddenly disappear. Not even in my download folder. Weird.

Issues resolved by following Romsinha's advice

Last edit, I swear. - PS - Thanks for the approvals =)

Windows 7

Creative Cloud Desktop - Illustrator CC (2015) won't Open.

Unfortunately, I think I'm having the same issue after reinstalling CC Desktop. =/ What gives?!

  • I have tried restarting the computer.
  • Quit from the CC icon from the Lower Right (Default) task bar/start bar.
  • Through Task Manager > End Process on all Adobe related programs, then restarted CC Desktop.

After each step I tried starting up Illustrator CC with no luck =(

Hi!

With the same problem, I tried to uninstall CC in the way you just explained. But it has been said to me that I had to quit CC on my desk. The problem is that CC is not any more on my desk. It's then impossible de quit something that's not on my desk. Please help!

Ulpien which operating system are you using?  If you are using Mac OS then the Creative Cloud Desktop application will be located in the Applications folder.
