APSB23-21 - Can't update to 5.10 Creative Cloud desktop application on Windows Server 2016

The current version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application on Windows Server 2016 is 5.5.0.617.

We have received a suggestion from the Vulnerability team to address 'APSB23-21' on the installed server.

The solution provided by Adobe Security is to update the Creative Cloud platform to version 5.10. However, attempts to update the application on the server consistently result in it showing as up-to-date. Even fresh installations of the application only install version 5.5.0.617. Assistance is needed to resolve this issue.
