Are Adobe products compatible with MacOS Mojave 10.14.4

I have recently upgraded my Mac Book Air and installed the full suite of adobe products. The hand tool is frozen and I am unable to select any other tool. Any suggestions, ideas gratefully accepted.

Legacy Creative Suite is not compatible with the newest operating systems. But the current Creative Cloud products are updated regularly to stay compatible with new systems.
