Are CC desktop app system requirements changed?

I have updated CC desktop app to 5.10.0.575.

This update is not provided on macOS 10.12, 10.13.

you need a close-to-current os to install current adobe apps, whether the desktop app or otherwise.

ie, adobe does not make its current app versions compatible with older os'es.
