Are older versions of adobe faster?

Hi, My laptop spec is not that good, I'm planning to install Photoshop , Premier Pro and After Effects

Should I install the older 2020/2021 versions or should I just install the latest 2022 version?

you should install the latest versions.

you can always uninstall and then install an older version, but there are more downsides to that than to installing the latest versions.
