Are part time students elligible for student discount?

I’m doing a short part time course with a college and looking into getting the creative cloud as planning on going into graphic design afterwards so want to have indesign and illustrator (I already have an old photoshop from before the subscription style products but the latest version of that would be useful too). It’s a huge difference price wise so wondering if part time courses under a year are elligible as the criteria sayes the actual college has to provide 2 years plus courses not that you have to be enrolled on one. Hope this makes sense, I’ve searched the forums and the only results come back from three years ago saying it’s fine but things could have changed.

Thanks.
