I must have made a great mistake buying any product or service  from a company that make a great point of not wanting to talk to its customers.  I tried to find out how to chat with a company rep about my account and the product I bought.  But I can not for the life of me find anything on where website that point to How OR where I can do this chat or phone call.  LET see if that I get a respond to this message!  VERY unhappy customer! ! ! Phone me @ 478-922-5323 or e-mail me @ ripeasrain3@yahoo.com

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

    Hello Gregory,

    here Adobe has prepared http://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/adobe-connect-phone-numbers.html >>> United States, Canada, Mexico >>> In-meeting support >>> 800-42-ADOBE (800-422-3623)

If necessary and for further questions click through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html 'till you arrive at "chat". If "open" please use it, I for my part had the best experiences. I quote from Adobe's employee Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.
