Are there any opportunities to change my extended version from WINDOWS to OS? (never installed yet)

Hi, i bought CS6 extended for teachers&students (windows) a few years ago and missed to log in with my school verification. Now I'm studying and could finally confirm my cs6. The problem is, now I'm working with iOS not windows anymore. I haven't send my verification yet.

Does anyone know how to handle this problem?
