Are you able to assist me in installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 11?

I purchased your Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 over a year ago but have been unable to instal it into my windows computer.  I contacted Adobe and they tried to make an ass out of me hinting that I must have stolen the product.  I purchased it at Costco.  Now, if you know anything about Costco someone would be out of their mind even to attempt to steal anything with all the security they have in their stores.  Anyway the Adobe personnel did not help me. I told them that I would never purcase anything from Adobe again.  I am upset because I drug the thing out again today and it balks when trying to install it just like it did when I bought it.  I spent $79.99 plus tax for the item but have not been able to use it.  Can you help me?

Assuming you have a valid serial number from your purchase, you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

If the serial number is giving you a problem then you might find yourself back where you say you have been because you need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
