As a Creative Cloud member, why can't I remove Adobe Spark branding on videos I've made?

I used to be able to and I now cannot get rid of the watermark/branding.

I also have this problem and haven't been able to find a solution. Surely it's simple? I have an active creative cloud subscription but I am not given the option to Remove Adobe Spark Branding. I know where it is supposed to appear, I am logged in under my creative account, and yet I am still not presented with the option to turn it off?

This does not address my problem. I am not given the option of taking off

the branded watermark.
