Asked for password when installing Creative Cloud (Mac OS)

Hi,

I just got above creative cloud. but it I can't install anything because the downloaded installer won't accept the password. on the website, though, the password works. can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

you have a mac and you're being prompted for your mac's password, but you're using your adobe password.

use your mac password.

I'm having this same issue. When trying to install on a Max, I'm prompted to enter my password for the Installer. I tried both my Adobe and Mac password, but neither seem to be working.
