Your subscription allows you to have two machines with active installations, so you should not have a problem getting the second machine up and running.  If you signed out of your subscription on the machine that is being reformatted, that betters your chances.

As I understand you are not being able to use the subscription on the second machine. What message are you getting? Have you been able to download the application?

Oi, eu não estou conseguindo abrir na segunda maquina não. Na primeira o computador nãoliga, então eu nao  consigo fazer o logoff. Quando entro na conta fala que a assinatura é da conta para teste (avaliação) do protudo. Sendo que contratei o pacote de 1 ano. 

Enviado do meu smartphone Samsung Galaxy.
