Assistance with the Student Discount

I am a student in college and bought just the photoshop for 29 a month, but i was unaware that you had a student discount for all the apps for just 29. I want to switch my plan to that but there is not an option for it.

I already know i am eligible, but when i go to change my plan there is not an option for it and i do not have the money to pay a 89 dollar cancellation fee just to switch plans.
