At start-up Creative Could app doesn’t load and it doesn’t let me do anything else on my Mac

the CC app loads at start-up in my iMac, and yesterday I had to restart my iMac, but the CC app didn’t load and I had the spinning wheel like for 15 minutes until the dialogue box of repair showed up, after pressing “cancel” my Mac got so slow almost non-responded.  After hours of retrying and many hard restarts ( no good for the Mac ). I fiinalily could download the Adobe uninstaller and could unstall the CC app.  Then I try to install the app again ( bad idea ), it frozed trying to load the Adobe apps already in the iMac so I did another hard restar.  Now after the repair dialogue box it slows down so it don’t let me to run the uninstaller again,
