Question

Attempted to install CS6 on Windows 8.1 PC via disk. After running set-up install program, entering serial number, final installation process asks for disk to be inserted, even though it's already in the PC. What do I do now?

I should also note that I tried downloading the CS6 files from the Adobe website. After waiting 4 hours for the download, these files are unable to be extracted. I have plenty of open space on my PC drives and OS. How can I activate and install CS6 on my PC??

Thank you @Mylenium! CS6 is now installing on my PC. My security settings were good, but I tried using a different browser and was able to extract those files. Thanks again.

Download again using another browser and make sure to run with sufficient user privileges and security stuff turned off, which ultimately is your problem in the first place.
