Question

Attempted to install Photoshop and the update encountered an error. How do I fix this?

I literally just downloaded Creative Cloud and PS so there shouldn't be anything on my computer conflicting with the download.

Every time I click on the update button it gives me an error message: "Download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support. (49)."  It has done this a lot, and I've restarted my  computer too.

Okay, I did all this and nothing worked.  Is there a way to bypass the update since it's for something I probably wouldn't use anyway?  Or is there a way to get JUST PS and not CC?
