Question

Attempting an installation of PS6, and receive a message saying to close certain applications. I can't find the applications in order to close them .

I've recently downloaded CS6 and am trying to install the associated applications.   When attempting to install PS6, however I get a message saying to close down certain applications..such as Safari, Firefox, etc.   Another of these applications is one referred to as SafariPluginsUpda.    I can't find such an application.   Is there any way to close ALL applications with one command, so I wouldn't have to worry about which ones are hiding, and where?

Thank you,

Richard

Many thanks, Sheena. I was able to install PS6, and it almost works fine.

Bridge seems to having issues, tho. When attempting to open an image, I am getting an error message saying that "Some of the application components are missing from the Applications directory,"

I re-installed PS6 again, but still having the same problem withi Bridge.

Any ideas?

Thanks and I appreciate your help

Richard
