Attempting download of Adobe DNG Profile Editor

I am attempting to download ver 1.0.4 of DNG Profile Editor from Adobe's website. I can not get the download to begin even after several attempts. I am using a Windows 10 64 bit computer. Is there newer version of this Profile Editor? Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

AFAIK the DNG Profile Editor is no longer available.
