Attempts to download Bridge CC for 1st time constantly fail.

At approx 10% of download it quits. Have followed instructions to retry, restart, etc., but still cannot get it to download. Turned off virus software, Windows Defender, but that made no difference. Am using Windows 10 64bit, and just downloaded the large monthly up-date. Did see a question about up-grading from 2018 to 2019, where a failure to do so, was solved by uninstalling Bridge CC 2019, and then re-installing it. I have nothing to uninstall as 10+ attempts have had the download quit. Thank you!
