      Audition was never free. If you need the files for reinstall, you might try this:

      Just be aware that installing won't work on Win 7/ Win 8....

      I am sorry but I am not aware of any downloads where we are offering Audition for free.  Perhaps you were referring to a beta version which was released at some point?  You can find details regarding Audition CS6 at http://www.adobe.com/products/audition.html including a free 30 day trial.
