Audition CS6 Won't Launch

I am using the Creative Cloud. I downloaded and installed Audition. All the other programs work great. I tried to open it crashes immediately with a Crash Report box, if I choose to re-open, same thing. I uninstalled using the proper Uninstaller and then I reinstalled... same thing. What do I do now? Thanks.
