Audition not linked to my account

Hi,

I was granted access to audition through an institution. I logged on today and it ran smoothly until I rebooted to program and now it is prompting me to buy the full version of audition. Its saying my free trial has expired, and my adobe account shows no access to audition even through I have an email stating how I have access.

Thanks

Pmw17, it does not appear you have been given sufficient information by the Creative Cloud administrator from your institution.  If you have a Creative Cloud membership, under a different e-mail address, then you can use the process listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps  to install the Adobe applications.

If you are still in trial mode, with the other e-mail address, then I would recommend you contact whoever administrates the Creative Cloud membership, at your institution, for information on how to access the membership.

I am sorry, Pmw17, but I do not see an active Creative Cloud membership under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.  I would recommend you contact the institution who gave you access for details on how to utilize the membership.

If you continue to face difficulties then can you please update this discussion with the type of Creative Cloud membership that you were provided?
