AUSST does not work

hello all,

I try to start AUSST only it doesn't work in the documentation to check the server it says to go to the link :

http://adobe.vendeehabitat.fr:8081/ACC/services/ffc/icons/producticon

i have an error 500

I configured the mime type. in txt/xml
client workstations start updating but hang at 7% and get in error could you help me
I contacted support but they don't want to help me

Hi,

This seems to be a network related and connection issue. Can you please check and see if all the ports listed in the following help document are whitelisted:

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html 

 

The server and domains listed in this document must be accessible on ports 80 and 443 for the relevant applications and services to function correctly.
